The work moves in two phases.
Phase 1: THE DYNASTIC AUDIT
Before any family governance work can be done well, the current system must be read accurately.
The Dynastic Audit is a structured diagnostic across all five forms of family capital – Cultural, Financial, Intellectual, Social, and Human – conducted through individual interviews, GC-Index profiling of each family member, and a series of group workshops. It culminates in a Scope Workshop: a working session where the findings are presented and the requirements for the next phase are defined together.
All engagements — family consulting and heir advisory alike — begin with the Dynastic Audit. It is also available as a standalone diagnostic for families who want an honest picture of where they stand.
Investment: from €12,000, depending on family size. Travel and venue expenses recharged at cost.
Phase 2: FAMILY CONSULTING
The Architecture Phase follows the Audit.
Using the THRIVE Framework – a six-pillar model for dynastic continuity covering Traditions, Humanity, Resilience, Investments, Values & Vision, and Education – I construct the structural foundations that transform inherited wealth from a static asset into a system designed to compound across generations.
This work spans family governance, role definition, investment philosophy, conflict architecture, succession design, and long-term legacy planning. It is intensive, iterative, and highly specific to the family. Engagements are structured in modules determined by the Scope Workshop, and typically run between eight and twenty working days.
I take on two family consulting clients per year.

Phase 2: HEir Advisory
What no school or university covers: the weight of a name.
Some families retain me specifically to work with the next generation. Some heirs commission this work themselves. I work across the heir's five capitals – identifying where they are genuinely strong, where the gaps are, and what it will take to step into the role with competence rather than entitlement.
Sessions range from structured full-day intensives to regular working conversations, depending on what the individual needs.
A significant number of the heirs I work with were identified late as neurodivergent – ADHD, autism, or both. This is not incidental to how I work.
